Tareks journey includes a robust foundation in military training, which contributed to his discipline and strategic approach to fitness. As an Egyptian Wrestling Champion and a former Egyptian Pro League Football player, Tarek possess a deep understanding of competitive sports and the dedication required to excel.


His career further expanded as a personal and group fitness trainer in dynamic locations such as Dubai and New Zealand, where he honed his skills in diverse environments. Adding to his accolades, Tarek is an accomplished IFBB Bodybuilder, having clinched the title of IFBB NZ Champion in Men's Physique in 2021, as well as securing prominent placements in the IFBB Man of Steel competition in 2020.


This comprehensive experience underscores his expertise and commitment to the field of fitness, making him a standout figure for anyone seeking guidance in achieving their health and fitness goals.
